I’m not sure what been going on with my body but I feel pregnant. Does this look like implantation spotting ?

By the way I’ve had a baby before but I was young and didn’t really pay attention. I found out 2 months later I was indeed pregnant during that time ..it’s like a want to know but I’m scared to know.

How many dpo are you? Did you confirm ovulation? Implantation is rare and extremely hyped up on here making it sound more common when it’s not.
Many other reasons for spotting such as 
Age
Weight
Stress
Sex
Medication 
Ovulation 
Hormones issues
Low progesterone 
Etc
