Weird bubble popping sounds

So I have something strange going on. You know the occasional pop you get when baby moves well I’m getting something kinda similar to that but different. It’s always the same exact spot and it kinda comes and goes. I feel it when I’m moving and when I’m not moving. It feels like a bunch of little bubbles popping. Right below my belly button. My husband could even feel it too. Any ideas what it could be? It started today and has happened on and off.
