Irregular periods pregnancy and birth control

So i took birth control on 3 jan and then had my periods on 8 jan to 12 and then again i had them my periods on 26 jan to 27th and had them like spotting for 2 days and the thing is i had my periods twice a month and then yesterday 2nd feb i had my periods again and I'm kind of scared that may be I'm pregnant cuz i googled about it and this is what Google showed me and I'm 17 btw so guys please do help me tell me what's going on with my period cycle I'm really scared 😭
