I got my HCG bloodwork back today and it was 169. They told me I’d be coming in Monday for another draw to make sure it is going up but didn’t say if 169 was good or not. They’re predicting I am 4 weeks 1 day.

You have to start somewhere. And HCG levels vary greatly per woman and per pregnancy. What matters more is that it has doubled every 48-72 hours.
Starting number doesn't matter too much, the important part is that it doubles at that next appointment. I've had wildly different starting numbers with each pregnancy and it didn't affect how the pregnancy went, just the doubling. Congrats! 😊
