What can I cover food with in the oven besides foil?

I'm trying to stop using foil in the oven. I'll use parchment paper instead to line baking sheets, but what can I cover food with if the dish doesn't have am oven safe lid?

Why no foil? Most dishes don’t require foods to be covered. Unless it’s like a lasagna in which case you have to cover for a few minutes then uncover to get the cheese toasted. 
I’d invest in a high quality Dutch oven AND silpat mat. Dutch ovens can be covered but they usually come in round shapes (maybe square, mine are round). Silpat mats are GOD SENT for baking. I will never use parchment paper again, lol!

I suggest a Dutch oven. I have 4 of them. It’s a great alternative to foil. Or use crock pots.
