Nausea before missed period?
My period is due in 6-7 days and this morning I felt so sick (nausea, gurgling stomach, almost passed out) that I had to leave work. I thought maybe the flu but after I laid down for a while most of the symptoms resolved themselves. Is it possible to have pregnancy symptoms before a missed period?
