FTM I am 3 months pp and just had my first af since having my baby. My son passed shortly after birth. I was 39w 2d.

Af was about five days, moderate flow, minimal cramping. Felt heaven sent. It is now cd 11 but I have been spotting on and off since my period ended. Some days I don’t spot at all. Only when I wipe. Some spots here or there. I use to ovulate CD 19 and I’m using opks but I’m confused on if I should consider this spotting still a part of af. Or should I keep using opks and expect to ovulate soon?
