TMI - post-op bleeding

So this is wildly TMI. But I need to hear someone else’s opinion. I had a D&C last Saturday (today is Friday so almost a week ago). Baby had no heartbeat my my body wasn’t miscarrying naturally. So anyways, it’s been almost a week since my D&C and I all of a sudden had like a cluster of dark clots come out all at the time time. My bleeding had been minimal up until this just happened. Is this normal or should I be worried 🫣 I’m having some slight to moderate cramping that comes in waves.
