Issue with Nurture App

I am trying to switch to the nurture app, but it as trying to send a confirmation code to my mobile number and it is not coming through. The last four digits of the number appear to be correct, but I can’t find anywhere in the app where my phone number has been entered against my account to check the first three digits and area code are correct. I’ve emailed customer support twice and there has been no response. I have a premium membership and I am a little frustrated I am paying for something I can’t access.

Has anyone had this issue and know how to work around it?
