I’m currently supposed to be 4DPO, but it looks like I didn’t ovulate this month, which would be a first for me.

Jan 24 I had a saline infusion sonohysterography which came back normal. I was on doxycycline from Jan 23 - 25 for it. I stated Mucinex Jan 26 - Feb 1. I got my LH peak Jan 31. Could any of this have affected my BBT or ovulation? I definitely have been more anxious this cycle too.

I just really thought this was going to be our month, as it marks 1 year TTC and it’s our first wedding anniversary in a few days :( We are working with RMA currently and the only cause of infertility we have found so far is MFI, my husband has Teratozoospermia ( 1-2% Morphology).

Should I keep testing to see if I get another peak? Is there a chance I still did ovulate this cycle and my BBT is just wacky?
