Cystic Acne Solutions?

Anyone find things to treat cystic acne safely? Mine is horrible right now from our favorite hormones and nothing seems to touch it. Embarrassing…

Boire baking soda cleanser works well. Also dairy causes mine. I haven't had any since I've had no milk or ice cream

Tee tree oil is a natural  antiseptic and antibacterial, but I'm not sure if it's strong enough. Perhaps take a look at your diet to see if some adjustments might help?

For me it’s just really not touching it, using the zit patches and even cold compress.  They still create quite the bump, but don’t last as long.
