Did you stop eating whatever you wanted and drinking whatever you wanted or you still drank / ate whatever while ttc?

My first couple of months I tried “correcting” my diet but after that I went back to my normal habits and will stay that way until I get a positive lol. Although, I did choose to cut back on alcohol this month.
