Cramping at 4w3d

Hello, this is my first pregnancy and I found out the day I was meant to get my period that I’m pregnant. Did two at home tests and then went to see my doc later that day.

She advised a blood test at 6 weeks and I’m hoping with all my might that nothing goes wrong between now and then. That said, I have been cramping for the past few days, period like cramps but no bleeding or spotting.

My lower back has also been aching a bit and I’m wondering if this is all normal? I know the stats says 1 in 3/4 pregnancies end in mc and that’s scaring me a bit.
