How did your symptoms differ between months of pms and then implantation/pregnancy?

Pms makes me super moody a day or two before my period and I never got moody at all and was actually in a super good mood.

I’ve had it more obvious than others some months, even the bad backache before period I get, I got it night before bfp twice 
Higher heart rate is a consistent one I get though. I wear a Fitbit so it helps me track it but I can also feel it when I’m pregnant 
One time I was super iron deficient and just felt weak and out of it. Another time I’ve just felt not right, like something is dif. 
When I’m really paying attention I can tell when I’m pregnant or not before bfp
