I have a condition that causes me to smell

Raise Awareness Liver Problems, Diabetes, Kidney problems, certain medications, BV,Yeast,hsv2 there's many reasons people have body odor although they are clean they shower..

I have smelly areas and because I have been ashamed I have not worked and I wanted to know if I can go back to work not many people are aware they just assume the person doesn't take showers but they have to ask themselves why is there hair clean why are there clothes clean why are there teeth white its a sickness causes bad odor like stomach ulcers,thrush,tonsil stones can cause bad breath

What can I do I feel so bad about it I have showered daily before work after work I have washed clothes change clothes daily when I worked last the employee said I smelled rotten and asked my manager to tell me to take a shower or fire me so I just quit the job I feel so bad about this

What are ways to keep yourself smelling good throughout the day have anyone had to deal with smelling bad and going to work? I know people who smoke cigarettes get a lot of people who don't like the smell so they also have to deal with people who don't like that cigarette odor
