How do you remove Curses?

How do you cleanse yourself and remove any spells anyone may have placed on you?

Magic is real and exist real and sometimes there's negative energy and dark magick if someone decided to cast a spell to curse hex there's also spells for healing and protection. I don't know anything about magic but someone can get crossed they can get sick, confused, get stuck in the same place, people might be away from them, it's a lot of spiritual work out there I'm wondering how do you get rid of the stuff someone sent and from going on forward protect yourself from any rituals candle magic going on behind your back against your will in the moonlight how do you get these curses and people who want to harm off of you??
