Public school

I hate the public school system. My daughter has missed 6 days of school this year and I just got a letter in the mail saying that ANY unexcused absence is against the law and that if I don't attend a meeting in the next 5 days I'll be fined $100 for every absence and jailed for 5-20 days. In 7 months she's missed 6 days and 3 of those are excused they just don't have it put in and another one they are the ones that sent her home because she had a potty accident. How am I to blame for the school sending her home that day?! I am so tempted to just home school my kids.
