Cd 37 no period faint positive frer

I'm on cd 37, I don't track anything other than periods anymore. I gave up all hope of ever having a baby with my husband after my miscarriage in July 2020, I honestly think

my eggs hate my huspands sperm. I believe I ovulated somewhere around cd 21-23. I took a test this morning with my 3rd urine of the day. The control line and test line appear to be shifted to the left like a defect when putting it together. I see a faint test line. Could this be real?! Am I seeing things? I am cautiously optimistic about this being positive. The "positive" line appeared at the 3 minute mark.
