Breast pain

Has anyone else experienced severe tenderness in one of their breasts not relating to their period? I’m 22 and Ive gotten an ultrasound before and the doctors said it looked fine but I’m a hypochondriac as my grandma had breast cancer.

I’ve noticed that around my period my breasts do get sore but my right one gets so tender and painful that my armpit will hurt. If it’s not my period time, it’ll hurt just not as bad

Has anyone experience something like this before?
