Toddler only on toes

My son is 1 year and 2 months and he hasn’t started walking yet but he walks holding on to things but he is always on his tippy toes all the time… sometimes he will be flat on both feet but most of the time even if he is standing it’s on tippy toes.. when we walk with him he is on his toes… I’m starting to get concerned. He has no delays. He is my first child so this is all new to me I’m not sure if this is normal at this stage or if I should take him to a doctor
