Miscarriage

I’m early on in my pregnancy, and it seems as though it is going to lead to a miscarriage unfortunately. I have endometriosis, PCOS, uterine fibroids, PMDD, and several other hormonal issues, so this will most likely be my fate more than once the chance to carry a baby full term is possible but slim. I’m experiencing the worst cramping and nausea I’ve ever had in my life which is saying something considering I’ve always had really rough periods. I haven’t started bleeding yet but I have so much pain in my lower abdomen and back. This is no kind of pain I’ve ever witnessed, I’d like advice or if your comfortable sharing your miscarriage experience I’d love just some support I feel so alone and don’t feel supported by my medical team.
