10dpo and bleeding after sex??

Hi everyone.

So I’m 10dpo today, so far negative tests (cheap pregmate tests) but tonight after my husband and I finished having sex I want to clean up with a towel and noticed some very faint blood, I had to look twice because it was so faint but there was a few smudges of it and nothing else. I thought my period might be starting but I’m still a few days away and haven’t had any period cramps. Has anyone had bleeding like that early on? My vagina is swollen also but I’ve had three kids and sometimes it does that but the bleeding is new. I haven’t really had any other symptoms besides being exhausted and having a headache all day.
