Sorry sensitive subject, but going through a hard time,

Basically me and my husband now going through <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a>, and they have told us to have low expectations. I have had so much surgery in my lower abdomen that I have loads of scar tissue which and fluid in my tubes which makes getting pregnant really hard. But I know it’s completely my fault. My husband is supportive and is amazing with it. But I know it’s me preventing him from being a dad and I don’t know how to cope. How can you be the one thing standing in the way of what he wants in the world
