Help please…

I went for an internal scan on Friday, the lady was in there around 5/10 mins being quite thorough and since then I’ve had brown spotting. Last might I developed quite bad pain / cramps in my lower abdomen which lasted only about 2 hours. I’ve been worried sick, has this happened to anyone else after a scan, or could this be signs of a miscarriage ? I’m 6 weeks x
