No appetite, how do you deal?!?

I’m currently 8 and 2 and I have no appetite at all. How do I overcome this?! I know I need to eat.

Try eating small portions of food during the day and snacking while doing something too.I had this for 1/2 weeks and I usually ate nuts,fruits,popcorn or some healthy snacks while watching tv shows and movies. This helped me eat while doing something and not focusing on eating.
 I had also nausea from 6w to 12/13w and off no appetite bc of it. Eat what you can when you can, consider adding healthy foods and fats if you don’t eat a lot

I ate small meals all day long. Maybe not meals, but I’d have an apple, then some crackers. I’d try a bit of lunch, then some veggies. Just so I was eating something instead of absolutely nothing.
