First trimester sleeping horrible and restless legs
Anyone know how to help restless/joggy legs at night?
I’m 4 weeks and for a week I’ve been having it all night long and am not sleeping, waking up 100 times a night literally.
I slept horribly my first pregnancy but I didn’t get the restless legs until my third trimester! It’s making me so uncomfortable and I’m so exhausted hardly sleeping and then pregnancy fatigue with a toddler 😅
