Question

I know this is Keratosis Pilaris (“chicken/strawberry skin”) and I have been using the KP First Aid Beauty scrub to help with the bumps. I know it’s a common thing to have but I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations to help the redness and blotchiness.

KP is usually caused by a gut issue. Most likely a sensitivity to gluten, dairy, soy, etc. We’re currently working on it with my son & by eliminating inflammatory foods, we’re starting to see them go away. 😊

I know this is such a weird recommendation if you’re not aware of the benefits lol. But beef tallow has so many nutrients that are perfectly compatible with our skin. Completely cured my acne and eczema. Like CURED it. There are tons on the market, plenty to choose from!

Just keep it hydrated and the redness will go away I have it and so does my daughter if you like taking baths buy Himalaya bath salt it's a hydrating bath salt and it will help your skin with getting moisturized
