does anyone else have KP?

ok so ive been having this since i was a kid my mom has it as well but she said as she got older it went away and it’s literally my biggest insecurity i feel like i never want to show my upper arms its red and splotchy and bumpy. do any of u ladies have this not sure what i can do abt it
