Any idea what this rash is?

It’s all over. Belly, legs, arms. Not itching it. Dr said to give 2.5ml Zyrtec which I’ve been doing 5 days and it’s getting worse. I’m worried.

Any other symptoms? Fever? Kind of does look like hives, but possibly viral rash?

No, rashes are difficult.
Call your doctor and let him/her know it's not working and getting worse.

Unfortunately, rashes are so hard to determine causes. Can be an allergic reaction or one from them being sick and fighting an infection. My pediatrician always says if worried to come in but it’s too hard to diagnose a rash over photos. I’ve tried before, lol.
