You two haven't spoken in a week? I don't even understand why you'd think you are still in a relationship. That is not a relationship. No point in continuing on. After 1 week of not speaking, I'd ignore you too. A person gets 3 days of being silent, after that, they are cut off. My time is precious and I refuse to allow anyone to waste it. Value yourself and value your time. Love yourself and practice self-love and self-care and you'll realize that you are better off without him. You two do not communicate well, so the relationship is unhealthy. Might as well move on. And communicating should be all the time. If one needs a little cooling down phase then okay but not for several days or weeks; need to grow up and learn how to communicate properly or stay out of relationships, in my opinion.
