Sister Issues..

I’m 21 and my sister is 22. Last year when taxes dropped, On my behalf I decided to get a 2bd/2bth apartment in my name because I could afford it. My mom had her personal issues and my sister needed to be out within a timeframe so I told her we can live together for this year as long as she have her side of the bills.

Fast forward to February of 2023:

The lease was for 12months.

(1/2 month left).

When we moved in, I made it clear to her that you obviously got to get a job in order to keep up your side of the bills.

The Rent is $1714, The Light is $120 roughly, water is free (and the internet is in her name only.)

So this is why i’m writing y’all…..

-so lately she has been in and out of jobs! she doesn’t have a car and she isn’t good at saving. when she loses a job she goes into a depression mode where she just doesn’t care for anything until her boyfriend comes over and d*ck her down and then she’s in a good mood! plenty of times I had to cover the WHOLE rent ($1714) which is totally unfair. The reason I pay is because It’s in my name and I don’t want an eviction! There is like 1/2 month left and I just don’t know how to talk to her anymore…. she just had a Staffing Job but she got fired again…

I just don’t know how to talk to her anymore or know what to say.
