TMI Is this implantation or early AF

I started my time of the month January 21,2023 I had intercourse on January 29th. My tracker stated my ovulation is February 6th. I started having light spotting February 12th with just off and on headaches. Today is February 15th and have off and on light and medium bleeding. Is this implantation bleeding or early AF? I took a test February 14TH and 15th BFN.
