At the bottom it says Fetus A so I’m guessing twins.

It’s impossible to tell from one image. 
One could be a pregnancy and one could be a subchorionic bleed. 
Was there a yolk sac or fetal pole seen in each? Did both “sacs” measure the same/accurate? Ect

Depends
Some places don’t allow the ultrasound techs to discuss the ultrasounds. My clinic the tech will tell you. But some places the doctor has to tell you. 
I’m not a tech but that looks like two sacs and the one on the right looks like it had a yolk sac inside it 
So my guess is twins but I’m not an expert lol
