what were some symptoms you experienced with ovarian cysts? i’m on the mirena iud and i’m trying to rule out if i have them or not. my iud is almost a year old and i’ve had super irregular periods. cramping more often, pelvic pain that comes and goes and feels like a dull ache. and random spotting
