Anyone take inositol for ttc or pcos? Thoughts?

I just recently started taking inositol mainly because I kept seeing it on tiktok. Has anyone taken inositol to get pregnant? How did it work for you? Does it help your pcos?

Ok idk if it really helped or not. But I was TTC for over a year and tried everything in the book. I was on so many vitamins but stopped prior to the month I conceived because I didn't feel like it was working because I wasn't pregnant. At that point I didn't think I could get pregnant on my own. I don't have PCOS but I do have polycystic ovaries but no other signs of PCOS. I always wanted to try the inositol but never did because I read it could mess up regular periods but like I said, at that time didn't care because didn't think I could get pregnant anyways. Well the month I took it was the month I actually got pregnant. I'm 14 weeks now. I have no idea if it was a coincidence
