Twin Fetus

Hello just a question.

I’m 13 weeks pregnant and only found out a few days ago at my nuchal scan I had twins. Unfortunately one hasn’t made it. The other is strong. Is this morning to only find out now. I’ve had 4 scans since 6.5 weeks and no one has picked it up until now x. I’m heart broken and shocked all in the one day. But so glad n hopeful for baby 🙏🥰
