Positive test Jan 10. / LMP 12.23.22
Had a vaginal scan Monday 2.13 measuring 6 weeks 0 days. Couldn’t read heart beat only visible. 
I feel like I’m behind.

You should be 7+3, so you measured a little small for gestation. I would say ovulating late is ruled out because you tested positive on CD 19, which means you ovulated early in your cycle. Sometimes baby catches up and all is well. I measured a week behind with my last pregnancy around the same time, and baby had caught up in a week and a half. Did they schedule you for another ultrasound?
