Error on first response digital

So i took a first response digital and it ended up never showing a result but came up with a “?”. I opened it up and it looks like there is two lines, a vvf line. Do y’all see it? Could it mean I’m prego? Obviously I’ll test again, I just need to go out lol. Heeelp
