Looking for some advice, or even just some support from someone who’s gone through something similar. Went in for an ultrasound at 7 weeks, but baby measured a week to a week and a half behind (crown rump measurement put it at 6 weeks.) Yolk sac looked good and wasn’t enlarged. We did hear a heartbeat, but the heartbeat was only 93. I go back in a week for a follow up but my doctor told me she’s not optimistic. I also have a subchoronic hematoma that’s been causing some spotting. I’m just devastated and could really use some words of advice. TIA!!!
