Trying again, any informed guesses??

Amy • Biz owner, was a teen mom to a now 18 year old 🩷. Baby #2 was a 5 week NICU warrior born @ 34 weeks in August 2020 💙. Baby #3 born at 33+2 in June 2023, currently in NICU 🩷

I posted a while back but didn't get much of a response so trying again! I *think* I see the nub but not sure if that's what it is or if it's something else so hoping someone else has a better eye for this stuff. Abdominal ultrasound at 13w1d
