HCG levels

Hi! I’m sharing to get input specifically from those who have had a similar experience🫶🏼

I got a faint positive on 2/8. On 2/9, my CNM checked my blood. My HCG was at 15. She said it’s a very early pregnancy, and we should check again the following week. I had my blood drawn yesterday and it only went up to 100. She said it should be increasing more rapidly, but we will check again next Thursday.

Another potentially related detail - I am slightly anemic. I don’t know if that has any effect on things.

Has anyone had a slowly rising HCG with a viable pregnancy? We are hoping and praying that the next numbers are in the thousands or ten thousands.
