Irregular gestational sac, no yolk and subchorionic hemorrhage

Hi, I had a appointment today with obgyn due to on and off spotting for 3-4 days was estimated to be 6weeks 1 day with dates off last period. Did US and was measuring at 5weeks 1 day which the date doesn’t shock me due to having irregular periods and pcos. The lady doing ultrasound said I had an irregular gestational sac (more shaped like a jelly bean) with no yolk sac or fetus present yet. And also a subchorionic hemorrhage (which is causing the on and off bleeding). They have me going back into get bloods Sunday to see if they are raising and giving me a call back Monday. Have another US and obgyn appointment next Friday but want to hear some stories about others? It’s the first time I’ve heard of a irregular gestational sac. Please good and bad I know it’s not looking too good right now 😢 and told it can go two ways a miscarriage or a healthy pregnancy.
