11 weeks and sudden spotting/cramping

So yesterday evening I had some pretty bad cramps that I thought were growing pains, but when I got home I had a good amount of pink spotting. The cramping continued throughout the night but the spotting stopped and hasnt come back since.

I have a doppler so I checked babys heart and it sounded normal, and the cramping has improved (not gone away but gotten a lot better) today.

I have no idea what could have caused this as I have been on pelvic rest for the past few weeks and did not do anything different than my normal routine.

I messaged my doctor but they are out until Monday so I just need some opinions 😭 4 early miscarriages before this so I am super scared!!
