What does this mean?

Hello just took an hcg quantitative bloodwork and got the results back just now.
I’m concerned that there’s an “!” Next to the results and on the second page it shows a “flag A” which I’m assuming A is for abnormal. Anyone gotten this before and know why it may be flagged?
