Hello new mamas I’m 5weeks or 4weeks something I want to ask you if you Weel really bloated and heaviness and tiredness after a walk. I came for some groceries and I can’t even walk for 30 mins without having heavy feeling down there? I get really tired and try to sit as much as possible
