Loose vagina after delivery?

Question

I delivered Nov 24th of last year and when I have sex, it feels opened. I was told it feels just the same, but I think my feelings are just being spared. I also have a vaginal prolapse but I don’t have $ to get PT so I just have to live with that for now.

Depending on the severity of your prolapse most of pt is going to just be kegels. My husband (a physical therapist) says doing kegels and stretching and strengthening your core will help without going to pt. You can make the kegels easier by laying down or evaluating your hips and feet while you practice. This will also help your vaginal muscles feel tighter and more confident during sex.

It’s a muscle. Look up pelvic floor exercises and get to work. This will help the prolapse.
