My neighbors moved and left two puppies behind their dog had twelve and I guess they couldn’t take them all I took them in and they are full of worms literally pooping them out I can’t afford the vet right now and I don’t wanna surrender them cause they are pits and I don’t want them to be put down or sit in the shelter for months I’m saving up to hopefully take them to the vet when they are 7 or 8 weeks old are there any over the counter dewormers that I can use on puppies under 5lbs I think they are 4-5 weeks old
