Baby acne?? How do I treat it?

My baby is a month old and I’ve noticed last week these tiny bumps on his face and thought it was heat rash. However, it seemed to get worse. And now it’s also on his bottom area too. I need some help on what to do, I put desitin on his bottom but it’s not clearing up. Anyone else experience this or have a suggestion to help clear it up?

Oatmeal bath, baby’s have sensitive skin so an oatmeal bath is a good idea

Baby acne is normal at this age and doesn’t need treatment, it will go away on its own. But some tips in general for sensitive skin would be to, if you haven’t already, switch to fragrance and dye free laundry detergent. Also, certain desitin products have fragrance which could be irritating baby’s skin. Avoid daily baths with soap, instead use mild soap maybe every other day ( I like the aveeno eczema baby wash) and in between just do water or oat baths, or even breast milk baths.
