One year old formula substitute

Hello mommies.

What is your best recommendation or advice that you could give me regarding the type of milk that a one year old should drink?

My baby will turn one in about 4 days, and I am so lost, I don’t know if I have to give him straight cow’s milk or toddler’s formula.

My baby has been drinking formula since he was 7 mo old! And now that he will be one, I’m not sure. I’m trying to give him oatmeal drinks or yogurt. But, looking over the internet I saw this “Nido +1” how familiar are you guys with this product?
