Did you have more acne/greasy skin while pregnant with a girl or a boy?

Did you have more acne while pregnant with a boy or a girl? This is my 3rd pregnancy and I NEVER had acne like this with my first 2. Like just in the past 2 days I’ve woke up with huge nasty pimples on my face that weren’t there the day before. I also have always had VERY dry flaky skin but now my face is the greasiest it’s ever been in my life. My first was a boy and second was a miscarriage before I found out the gender but I didn’t have any acne with them at all and I’m really hoping for a girl this time.. I know you can’t really compare pregnancies but was just curious if acne seemed to be more common with boys or girls.
